Everybody can find time for 7 minutes of exercises no matter how busy your day has been. The excercises are performed in rapid succession for 30 seconds each with a 10 second break in between.

The variety of movements works your entire body. When you keep your intensity hovering at about an 8, you’ll see about the equivalent benefit as going to the gym. Those seven minutes should be unpleasant. The huge upside is, after seven minutes, you’re done!
